Rather expected game when 8th rankedSanta Tecla (6-8) lost to sixth ranked Cojute (7-8) in Cojutepeque 81-89 on Tuesday. American swingman Shian Bradshaw (194-1995, college: Wake Tech CC) notched a double-double by scoring 31 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and forward William Merino (187-2000) supported him with 22 points and 8 rebounds. Even 25 points and 4 assists by American point guard Darius Daniels (178-1997) did not help to save the game for Santa Tecla . His fellow American import forward Demaris McNeil (201, college: Johnson, FL) added 9 points and 10 rebounds for the guests. Santa Tecla's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Cojute maintains sixth position with 7-8 record, which they share with Santiagueno. Loser Santa Tecla keeps the eighth place with eight games lost.
